A project can go off the rails for unexpected reasons, leaving it needing to be rescued. The aims of a project rescue are to take stock of where a project is at, and to determine what is required to get it over the finish line.
When Bikes De Ver’s new website needed rescuing, we determined what was left to do, outlined a development plan and implemented it. By refactoring existing code and introducing a an MVC framework we were able to improve the future maintainability of the codebase and deliver a vastly improved website quickly and cost effectively.
